By using Advanced Notes, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Personal Use
Advanced Notes is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not share your account with others or attempt to access another user's data.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and Access PIN confidential. Use a strong, unique password. Do not share your PIN with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Content
You may store any personal notes for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to store or distribute illegal content, malware, or content that violates the rights of others.
5. Data Backup
While we maintain server backups, we strongly recommend you export your notes regularly from the Data page. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from hardware failure, software bugs, or other unforeseen events.
6. No Warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance may cause brief downtime.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
